My name is Nele, and like many women in the WingWomen Circle, I moved to Switzerland (in 2018) for love and a new chapter in my life.
But the journey hasn’t always been easy. At times, it felt like a rollercoaster — giving my best, pouring energy into jobs and people, yet struggling to find purpose or fulfillment.
Through countless conversations, I realized I wasn’t alone. I met many educated, experienced women facing the same frustration: full of talent and drive, but missing the opportunities, mentors, and networks to grow.
That’s why I started WingWomen.
This Circle is for women like me — and maybe like you — who want to empower each other, grow together, and truly thrive.
